Tim (click here for bio) is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a small business owner, and an avid entrepreneur. After graduating from CSUF with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting, Tim began his career with KPMG as a financial auditor. He went on to hold high-level positions in marketing and finance before leaving the corporate world to pursue his real estate passion and entrepreneurism.

Tim has been investing in real estate since 2005 and became a licensed broker in 2013. Tim is a founding partner in the Pacific Coast Fastpitch League and Alliance Fastpitch League with over a thousand teams and tens of thousands of members nationally.

As a senior multi-site operations executive with years of experience in varying roles, Robert (click here for bio) has been fortunate enough to accumulate field, corporate, and franchise experience in the public and private sectors. His fieldwork has centered around management and complete P & L and EBITDA responsibility, driving comp store growth while simultaneously opening new markets. Robert’s corporate roles have been diversified around operations and sales management, including personally creating, implementing, and training new sales processes and procedures in multiple organizations. Combined with strong organizational skills and strategic planning, this has consistently led to profitability improvement.
